HELLO!

My name is Gayle Paddison and I am an ER and Urgent Care nurse at Sharp Healthcare. After many, many years treating patients, I began to notice an alarming trend; a significant number of my current patients are being seen for chronic, PREVENTABLE, progressive disease issues, almost all of which are linked to obesity.

To make matters worse, these are NOT only patients in their 50’s, 60’s and older; these patients are in their teens, 20’s, and 30’s.

When I considered how I could most benefit my patients, I came to the realization that the best way I could help was by making sure I never see them in the ER at all!

In turn, I founded “Good To Go!”, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating children and their families on the benefits of eating and playing healthy and rewarding them for making healthy lifestyle choices.

I have been working informally with families for many years and am now taking my program to a more formal level.

Good To Go is a 10 week, once a week “hands-on” learning program with each module lasting approximately 15 to 30 minutes with rewards given at the end of each session.

I would be happy to meet with you to discuss ideas on how this program can be implemented at your school, after school program, clinic, hospital, community center, or any other interested group. I can tailor this program to fit your scheduling needs, whatever they may be.

Working together, we CAN defeat childhood obesity and make it FUN! Thank you for your consideration!

Exercise your power to choose.

Choose Wisely!
